UFFT derives the dimensionless constants of the Standard Model, general relativity and cosmology from the geometry of a single Planck-scale cell — the truncated octahedron, the unique solution to Kelvin's space-filling problem. No constant in the spectrum is fitted.

Treat space as an infinite pre-existing foam at the Planck scale. Every event is a
displacement in that foam: B + V = D. Fill space with equal
cells at minimum surface area and the cell is forced — it is the truncated octahedron
(Kelvin cell). Its face Laplacian has a spectrum fixed entirely by the
cell's integers: \(|O_h| = 48\), \(V = 24\), \(E = 36\), \(F = 14\) (8 hexagons, 6 squares),
\(d = 3\). The Standard Model's dimensionless ratios are read off that spectrum.
The earlier framing — "60+ observables with zero free parameters" — has been retired: it does not survive a trials-factor (look-elsewhere) audit. What stands is a set of eleven pre-registered falsifiable predictions and a family of structural identities of varying derivational status, now under an ongoing look-elsewhere-corrected joint-χ² audit. Claims on this site are tagged by a four-tier status scheme so you can see exactly how far each one is established.
The framework is rigid: changing any cell integer by ±1 moves a headline number by ≥1%. That rigidity is the point — here is what a single measurement would have to do.
UFFT says dark matter is lattice anisotropy, not a particle — LZ, XENON and ADMX stay empty. One confirmed WIMP or axion and the picture is wrong.
Fourteen faces give exactly the Standard Model gauge content, with no room for superpartners. A single confirmed sparticle, at any energy, falsifies it.
\(\alpha^{-1} = 137.035999055\): 0.3σ from the caesium value, 1.4σ from rubidium. Confirm the rubidium value past 3σ and the closed form is dead.
\(\delta_{PMNS}/\delta_{CKM} = 3\) exactly, from the colour factor \(C_A=3\). DUNE measures \(\delta_{PMNS}\). A confirmed ratio ≠ 3 at >3σ ends it.
